1. Overview

Flamezo is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. The primary products and services offered by Flamezo are digital in nature and are delivered electronically over the internet. There is no physical shipment of goods involved in our platform subscription. However, Flamezo facilitates food delivery for restaurant partners using third-party logistics providers. 2. Digital Product & Service Delivery

2.1 Platform Access

Upon successful payment and account activation, access to the Flamezo platform is granted instantly (or within 2 business hours in the case of manual onboarding). Platform access is delivered via: • Secure login credentials to the Flamezo merchant dashboard • Access link to your restaurant's unique QR menu URL • Onboarding confirmation email sent to your registered email address

2.2 Wallet Credits

Wallet recharges are credited to your Flamezo Unified Wallet instantly upon payment confirmation from the payment gateway. In rare cases of payment gateway delays, wallet credit may take up to 30 minutes. If not credited within 2 hours, please contact hello@onomatrix.com with your transaction ID.

2.3 AI-Generated Assets

AI Dish Generation and AI Image Enhancement outputs are delivered directly to your Flamezo media library within 2–5 minutes of a successful generation request. These are digital image files accessible from your dashboard and are not physically shipped.

2.4 Marketing Campaign Dispatch

Marketing messages (SMS, WhatsApp, Email) are dispatched via third-party communication providers within scheduled campaign windows. Delivery timelines depend on network conditions and the respective provider's delivery infrastructure. Flamezo does not guarantee specific delivery times for marketing messages.

3. Food Delivery — Restaurant Partner Operations

Flamezo integrates with third-party logistics providers (currently Borzo and Flash) to enable food delivery for your restaurant. The following terms govern delivery operations facilitated through the Flamezo platform:

3.1 Delivery Partners

Flamezo works with the following logistics providers: • Borzo (formerly WeFast) — On-demand hyperlocal delivery • Flash — Express delivery service The selection of delivery partner for each order is based on availability, proximity, and partner configuration set by you in the dashboard.

3.2 Delivery Coverage

Delivery coverage depends on the operational area of the selected logistics partner in your city. Currently, Flamezo-integrated delivery is available primarily in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India. Delivery availability in your area can be verified at the time of onboarding.

3.3 Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in real-time by the logistics partner and communicated to the end consumer at checkout. Typical delivery windows are 20–60 minutes depending on: • Distance between restaurant and delivery address • Rider availability at the time of order • Traffic and weather conditions • Restaurant preparation time Flamezo is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, external conditions, or restaurant preparation delays.

3.4 Delivery Charges to Consumers

Delivery charges displayed to consumers at checkout are configurable by you as the restaurant partner. Flamezo charges a flat ₹5.00 handling fee per delivery order for platform facilitation. This is separate from the logistics partner's actual delivery charge. You may pass through actual carrier costs to the consumer, apply a logistics markup (fixed or %), or subsidize delivery costs — all configurable from your dashboard.

3.5 Failed Deliveries

In the event of a failed delivery (e.g., customer unavailable, incorrect address, rider cancellation): • The restaurant is notified immediately via the dashboard and app. • Resolution (re-attempt, refund to consumer, or order cancellation) is at the restaurant's discretion. • Logistics partner cancellation charges, if any, are borne per the terms of the logistics partner agreement. • Flamezo handling fees for failed deliveries are non-refundable if the order was dispatched.

3.6 Live Delivery Tracking

Where supported by the logistics partner, real-time delivery tracking links are shared with end consumers via WhatsApp or SMS through the Flamezo platform. Tracking functionality is subject to the capabilities of the logistics partner and may not be available for all orders.

4. No Physical Product Shipment

Flamezo does not sell or ship any physical goods. This includes:

  • No physical QR code materials are shipped (QR codes are digital and can be printed by you)
  • No hardware is included with any subscription tier
  • No physical marketing materials are shipped as part of any plan
  • No physical POS devices are provided (the Flamezo POS is a software-based solution)

If you require physical printed materials (menus, standees, QR code holders), these must be sourced and printed independently by the restaurant. Flamezo can provide digital files upon request.

5. Geographic Availability

Flamezo platform services are currently available to businesses registered and operating in India. The platform interface is optimized for Indian restaurant operations, Indian payment gateways, and Indian delivery logistics partners. Businesses outside India may access the platform at their own discretion but should note that payment gateway integrations, delivery partner availability, and compliance features are currently India-specific.
